Narrabeen Beachfront Unit Merge
This project involved merging two neighbouring apartments — a three-bedroom and a two-bedroom — into one seamless, five-bedroom beachfront home. Located on the fifth floor of a tightly managed complex with 63 neighbours, the job required careful planning, DA approval, and strata coordination — all managed in-house by our team.

We stripped both units back to bare concrete, knocked through key structural walls, and rebuilt the space with acoustic flooring systems, a dropped ceiling, smart home integration, and custom joinery throughout. With restricted working hours, occupied neighbouring apartments, and lift-only access, every stage of the eight-month build was carefully coordinated. The result is a highly detailed, beautifully finished residence that delivers open-plan luxury living on Sydney’s iconic Narrabeen beachfront..
