Cliffside pole house renovation

After craning in the excavators into a beautiful cliffside property overlooking Whale beach, we dug & scraped into the cliff behind the house to create an entire new storage area, study, laundry, library, and walk in robe. Alongside an entire renovation of the existing pole home, this architecturally designed masterpiece still keeps us busy with the foundations of the cliffside infinity pool under construction as we speak. Watch the video of the landscaping on the Visualise page.

Quirky Old House Renovation

After removing and replacing the old asbestos roof (completely to code and safety standards) we installed a black colour bond roof to match the newly black painted facade in contrast to the pure white interior walls, ceiling and floorboards. We rebuilt and extended the upper level deck with views out onto Pittwater and a new wrap around deck on the lower level. We re-tiled the bathroom walls which upgraded the bathrooms. We also converted half the garage into a guest bedroom.

Kitchen Refurbishment & new timber floorboards

A quicky but a goodie. We removed the dated bench-tops & replaced them with beautiful Talostone surfaces along with some joinery alterations and a new engineered timber floor to replace the carpet in the lounge room.

Garage to Granny Flat conversion

A simple case of enclosing & insulating the walls of an old garage, we created an extra bedroom for this weekender/Hoiday house on the water just in time for Christmas holidays with the family.

Beach Cottage Restoration

Run down beach cottage, 5 years uninhabited. Full restoration & renovaton. 

Expand & updated kitchen, Limewash recycled timber floorboards, Restore main Bathroom, Extend lower ensuite bathroom, new carpet, Fireplace, laundry, wardrobes, handrails. 

Convert old shed into studio with ensuite. 

New timber steps direct to beach leading to hot/cold outdoor shower. Lay new grass with automatic irrigation system. external storage boxes on lower deck. Kayak storage.

New front paved courtyard with kids cubbyhouse matching existing house, leading to enclosed gravel drive & offstreet parking.

3 Bedroom apartment Strip out & rebuild.

3 tonnes of rubble down the stairs, 3 steel beams up over the balcony. We opened up this large but pokey apartment & turned it into a beautiful open plan oasis with complete new kitchen opening onto the lounge & dining ready for entertaining & simply living.

Weatherboard shack 100m Extension

Original 2 bedroom weatherboard shack strip out. Rebuild with 100m2 extension, adding 2 bedrooms, ensuite, WIR and huge open plan, high ceiling living area. Architect designed polished concrete slab, with underfloor heating, cantilevered out over front yard. Full landscaping, carport, deck and new driveway.

Full home renovation with new Australiana wrap around balcony & picket fence.

Renovation of old fibro clad 2 bed house, by adjusting walls we created 1 extra bedroom, and an open plan kitchen/living space with seperate loungeroom and beautiful large bathroom with dual sinks & freestanding bath. 

Build wrap around timber balcony to increase living space and provide BBQ/enternaining area overlooking parklands. 

Install new timber picket fence to define bounday of corner bock and close in yard for childeren & pets.

Garage Extension & general renovation.

Single garage convereted to double car garage with overhead mezanine storage space and cathedril ceilings.

New open roof with large skylights covering rear deck, tied in with existing roof. .

Re-roof entire house with new concrete tiles to match previous extension.

Termite repair and relacement of structural beams as needed.
